Travel Blog ✈️: Dublin 2019 🍀🇮🇪

That’s right this blog is still alive!!!

There has been many changes in my personal life which I will be doing a video on soon, so keep an eye out for that!

Right back to Dublin.. so it was my partners 30th birthday this year and I had plans to celebrate it BIG STYLE. So I planned to do a surprise birthday bash for him which ended up being fantastic and his family and friends were all involved! Turned out to be a great party and he had no idea!! 🤣

But I also planned to do something really special for him as he does treat me like an actual princess. It was either going to be Barcelona or Dublin… and the decision became Dublin as Tom does drink Guinness now and again and I really wanted to go Ireland 🇮🇪 haha!!

So I paid for the flights and Hotel, we flew from London Southend and stayed at this beautiful hotel called The Castle Hotel 🏨.

I requested the hotel to do a little birthday surprise for Tom and they did!! 🎉

We then went out to have a look around in Dublin! 🍀🇮🇪

We also went to a place called the Vaults which was like a London’s dungeons type of thing.

DAY TWO…. 🇮🇪🍀 Today was Toms Birthday 🎂!!

Today I booked for us to go the Guinness Storehouse and have a tour! 🍻 When we arrived we bought a transport pass for 3 days which costs 22€. I must say if you do visit Dublin it is really worth getting the pass especially if you are there for a few days!!!

Getting around Dublin is pretty easy, most of the time Tom used his phone to get us around and everywhere is really close to each other tbh.

Let’s have a look at the Guinness Storehouse shall we!! 🍻🍀

Obviously had to get a few bits from the Guinness storehouse, be rude not to… if you do go to Dublin definitely request going to the Guinness storehouse and we got vouchers to skip the line and also receive 2 Guinness glasses! ❤️😍

We then had a little walk around and went to visit St Stephens Green… bumped into Molly Malone first! 🤣👀

We then had to have a few drinks at a few bars in Dublin and do it the Irish way! 🍻

Would we have gone to Dublin if we didn’t visit the infamous Temple Bar… and then we went to The Auld Dubliner! 🍀

DAY THREE… 🇮🇪🍀

We woke up a bit 🥴🥴 in the morning but we didn’t want to waste the day, so we went to visit the Dublin Castle 🏰 and Cathedral!

Before we left we had to try an Irish coffee ☕️ 🍀

This trip to Dublin was fantastic and anyone thinking of going to Dublin… GOOOO!! (must make sure you have quite a few €€€€ Euros on you though, Dublin isn’t that cheap!! But it’s worth it 🤣)
